We stumbled upon this awesome little pub back in 2022 while our trip around Oz was just beginning and we were blown away by Gary's hospitality. We arrived on the one day that it was closed, but Gary opened the bar for us anyway and let us camp out the back with our caravan. We were so impressed that we stayed the next night too just so we could have a meal. The parmi's we had were sensational and the atmosphere inside the bar very inviting. Plenty of memorabilia to keep most people interested, including the kids. Thanks Gary.

We stopped by in our motorhome and managed to catch the owner. The pub looked closed but I jumped out for a look and Gary spotted us. He invited us in for a drink at the bar and we parked the motorhome around the back for a free night camping. A very cool and unique place - the warm fire was an added bonus! Thank you Gary for your wonderful hospitality!

Ecclectic place with some cool stuff but........ Worst coffee ever. $7 for a nespresso. Nope.

What a fantastic spot in a gorgeous rainforest location. Gary the publican is such a lovely guy and offered us fantastic hospitality not to mention the delicious tiger prawns and oysters on the menu.

Only open on school holidays, we got very lucky to find this unique hotel while travelling by van over the Christmas period. So much character and so many treasures to look at. Gary's a real collector and it shows.

After a couple beers and a delicious seafood dinner, we camped out the back for no charge. Very peaceful camping area.

I couldn't recommend this place more. Definitely worth a stop for drinks, a meal and a chat with a lovely guy!

Can't rate it because we couldn't get the publican to call us back. Not sure what is going on but we left messages that a group of 7 motorbike riders would like to stay and enjoy this pub. No response. I really do hope to visit one day - have to bring camping gear and crossed fingers.
