Been working around regional Victoria lately, and everyone in swan hill recommended here for a parma - didn't disappoint! Tender chicken with delicate seafood on top and a great hollandaise sauce. Size was massive - took half home for tomorrow. One of the best parmas I've ever had. Friendly staff and lots of locals and families.

Food and Service of the Tav are always exceptional, as another Pub we look to their example to show our own staff how to operate.
