Toilet is a big issue.
I went to the toilet had 3 stalls. One of them didn't had a toilet seat one of them was filthy because the flush didn't work and the last one the door doesn't close, and mind you this is a ladies toilet. They need to do better.

The toilet facilities here a horrendous. I'll pass through just to use to facilities here as any pedestrian would and for months the conditions haven't change. Cubicles conditions are of a 3rd world state.
There's 3 cubicles. 2 of which seem to always be unusable and the one that is available is usually blown out by a previous occupant. It's chat.
Broken locks, bodily fluids on floors and seats, no soap management obviously have no intention to get on top of this.

I want to share my worst experience today. I'm a regular visitor to this place, but today was terrible. I was drinking beer at the bar, and after my third drink, a fruit fly suddenly landed in my nearly full glass, which I had just ordered.

I told the bartender that there was a fly in my drink, and she responded, "That's not my problem." I was really confused. It was their lack of cleanliness that led to a fruit fly in my drink. When I asked her, "What should I do now?" she said, "It's up to you," implying that if I wanted to drink it with the fly, it was my choice.

I told her I didn't want to drink it with a fly in it, and she took my glass and threw it in the sink without offering a replacement. I didn't want any trouble, so I asked the security person for her name to mention in this review. He said her name is "Somali " Name may be wrong but the time was 19th May,2024 11:45 pm

This experience was unacceptable and disappointing. I hope the management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to other patrons.

for a long time, we to go here for occasional bear and a meal. a very friendly and professional staff. change of bistro staff is a good outcome. we had a few bad food experience but the recent visit was a positive. e had a nicely prepared T bone steak which is the best steak that we had for a while. cooked as ordered. keep the good work going!

The bar staff are kind and always accommodating. Duty managers are always ensuring patrons are comfortable and provide a service as well as any other Pub within the district.
I'm here most weekends and will continue to come , and am looking forward to some of the exciting changes coming in the coming months !!. Thanks Billabong!!
