I received excellent service from The publican running this fine establishment. They are gradually renovating this historic hotel. The rooms are still work in progress, but very clean and in good order. The dining room is dishing up high quality meals, good variety, value & unique menu. The town is a well cared for country Hamlet. Worth. A worthwhile detour of the Hume expressway

Stranded on our road trip, we found kindness in the most unexpected place. The local pub managers, Kieran and Nat, took us in, fed us an amazing parmy, gave us the most comfy bed for the night, and even fixed our car the next day. Small-town hospitality at its finest - we will be forever grateful. All the locals were also very welcoming and made us feel part of the community right away. We were sad to have to leave! See you again one day soon Kieran and Nat!

These guys are amazing! I arrive at 9:30pm on my push bike from Sydney; exhausted, except the pub is closed and everyone gone. The Landlords kindly reopened just for me and cooked me a much needed dinner! You guys rock 😀🏻

Friendly staff and locals.
Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
