I have been to Black Buffalo several times (upward of 20/30) since moving to New Town and have never had any major issues (I wouldn't keep going back)
But tonight changed that, I had booked online for 6:15 and upon arriving (we were 10 mins early) but we were told that they had "forgotten" about our booking for 9
Things just went down hill from here, our meals took forever and when they came they weren't correct (lovely staff member went above and beyond to ensure this was fixed I didn't catch her name)
But the food was a solid 4/10 tonight, the beef and Guinness pie was the only thing that was fully eaten everything else was very unlike the usual meals at buffalo.
When I spoke to staff about our extensive wait times and meals, she was very sorry and had refunded one of the meals (as it had been sent out wrong, and then forgotten about it did not come out for an hour and 15 min)
Will take some time away from here but as I've said this was the first time it has been bad enough to give a negative review.
As stated the woman was fabulous just seemed to be very understaffed, but she was trying her best running meals, taking/making drinks, the poor bugger didn't stop.
EDIT TO ADD we paid a $20 cake fee which I thought was crazy I was expecting $10 but all I wanted was some plates and a knife in the end after all of the muck up we took the cake home and got a refund on the $20
