Best cocktails I've ever had! Not just in Melbourne, in my life. The staff are incredibly skilled at what they do and are warm and friendly. Great atmosphere too!

Entrance through an alley, located on second floor. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Cool back bar. Pleasant music volume. Empty on a Sunday night

Funky looking menu with pictures. Small menu with only couple signature drinks, which are all a bit too simple for my taste. The presentation reminds me more of a lounge than a high end cocktail bar. Pre-mixed martini in a bottle might be efficient but does not contribute to any sort of cocktail bar feeling I'm looking for. Coasters are nice.

What a great place to finish your work week. Visiting Melbourne from sunny Queensland I was not ready for the cold climate change. Black Pearl staff were friendly and got creative by serving me an off the menu bevy that would warm me up. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great for a relaxed scotch or hot toddy on a Friday evening.

My favourite cocktail bar in Fitzroy - they do a mean martini. Great place for a date night or cocktails with friends

Visited on the eve. Black Pearl was the only place that was open among the bars I wanted to visit.

Literally I was so thankful as I wanted to go out somewhere closer to where I live. This bar made my day. Thank you :)
