Loved Tracey in the restaurant area she was so lovely, made sure we were happy with what we got with food, seating for my daughter! All round happy with how she was with us! Highly recommend Tracey serving people!

Went into Bistro with my family today and the large lady was so rude and literally threw the menus on the table like a pack of cards. We left, your attitude and miserable face lost customers for good. No wonder businesses like yours struggle. Your prices were ridiculous as well.

First visit here, we are from the UK, visiting family. They have not visited here, but we will make sure they do! Food was freshly cooked and delicious, service top notch too. Thank you Blue Bell for a lovely experience. We will certainly return!

Had a great meal. Everything was delicious. Service was fantastic, couldn't fault it. 10% perfect. Next time we're in the area will definitely eat there. Thank you staff. So friendly at courteous.

Has a pool table, some tvs to watch sport, tab and pokies so pretty good facilities. It has the atmosphere of a classic pub bar so not extraordinary.
The food is pretty nice and worth its price, though I prefer eating in the pub area rather than dining room.
The service every time is highly rated! The bar staff are polite, prompt, responsible and always keep this place clean.

Food was really bland and tasteless. I had the lamb shank, served with mash and peas. The only good thing that could be said about it was that the meat was tender. Otherwise, it had no taste, the mash was a bit lumpy and not creamy (despite having tons of butter in it, by the taste of it), and the peas were a bit hard. Overall, totally unenjoyable meal. Service was adequate but by no means excellent.

Meals were slow coming out, food was just hot. Staff member Tracey was rude and when we tried to explain to her what the problem was she cracked it and walked off sending the manager to our table. She knew straight away what the problem was, but we never got an apology. Can't believe we travelled from Melbourne to have a family lunch when food and service was very disappointing.

What an interesting experience. First of all the food was beautiful. Generous. Cooked to perfection. And gluten free! However, the customer experience was awfully odd. Guys, if you advertise kitchen hours, then I should be able to arrive with 10 minutes to spare and be able to order a meal. Why shut the kitchen down early? And if that's the plan, advertise your kitchen hours. Then to have a kitchen staff member stare at your table and then the same staff member come and rush your order. Very odd! Would come again for the food.

Great experience. Customer service in bistro from Jess and Emily was brilliant. It was a quieter night so very pleasant atmosphere without too much noise or overhearing conversations from other tables. Food was delicious. Very fresh and cooked to perfection. We had the blue bell mix, then my man had the pasta boscaiola, which was one of the best pasta I've ever tasted. I had prawn twisters as after the share plate, we were already full. Enjoyed our time here so much that we stayed for an after dinner cocktail. Great food and drinks, reasonably priced and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Had a New years Eve dinner for two in the Bistro and we weren't disappointed. The staff were not only efficient but also very friendly. The meals were well worth the money we paid and I was pleasantly surprised by their size. Overall the eating area is not overly large if you like to have a bustling atmosphere around you but the quality of the staff and meals, this cannot be denied.

Food was good, but the tension between the staff was so thick you could've cut it with a butter knife. We walked in and not one of the staff smiled at us and told us to hurry up and order at 8pm. I get it's Friday but it wouldn't hurt to crack a smile ?

It's a good local bar to visit. But it's big pricey with its food. Be honest.

The most of staffs are friendly and nice only one or two of them are bit rude and moody.
We understand sometimes the hospitality industry is a tough environment to work, but it's also very important that the staffs are wise and maintain the customer service.

Let's hope next time we can get a even better experience while visiting.

Overall, it's still worth to visit sometimes.

The place looks a bit tired but the food was great. The steak sandwich was delicious and a chocolate mousse was divine. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly.

Took my kids there for dinner tonight. Three of us had steak and it was cooked to absolute perfection. Two parmas were amazing and the pasta dish was beautiful. Great service and highly recommended.

Went for a meal here a week ago, it's was absolutely lovely. Ordered Chicken Louisiana, couldn't fault it or the service, my friends had a steak and said it was great.
We will be back.
