Blue Pacific Hotel

I ordered a Caesar salad and paid extra for anchovies... it was like a 12 year old made it, it came with 2 bits of toasted Turkish bread (not croutons) and I got no anchovies. It wasn't that busy that they couldn't make a salad properly.
My partners steak sandwich was good though.

My only complaint was I ordered the Leek & Potato soup, thinking it was the vegetarian option, only to have it full of bacon.
The lovely lady took it back, and offered me a plate full of veggies instead. I ended up with a range of beautiful veggies- even better, I think, than my friend had with her roast of the day. Funny situation in that I was initially asking for the roast without the meat, so that I would only have the veggies, before spotting the soup.
Great outcome and the staff were outstanding in all areas of the hotel.

We went for lunch there today and the service at the bistro was horrible,the food waited nearly 50 minutes for and it was not busy at all,the barramundi still had scales on it and my steak was more like the size of a rissole.The young lady behind the bar was the best thing in there.would not be going back there again that's for sure

I had lunch here after a drive on the beach. I ordered the pork ribs, I was advised on ordering that a knife will not be needed, which confused me a bit. The full serve of ribs arrived with slaw and veges. I know why I didn't need a knife, the pork was so tender a fork was only needed.The whole meal tasted great the sauce and the slaw was top notch. Service was great and staff had a great sense of humor. Will be back to order the same meal.

I loved it all. I ordered the chef special with the zucchini flowers however they said they were out. I did pick the upsized calamari, and it did not disappoint. Loved the Shiraz too. The kids burger had also a great appearance and the kid loved it. Looking forward to the next time.
