Stayed for two nights and ate at the bistro, great food both nights but hats off to the chef for cooking my sirloin steak perfectly and the dianne sauce was delicious (and the chips, of course).

Affordable, decent pub accommodation, comfy bed, neat rooms. As a previous review mentioned, share bathrooms are still in need of some cleaning attention, and especially now in these times.
