Our first time staying at a country pub. It was a basic room, but had all the necessary amenities for a tired traveller. What ultimately attracted us here (other than it being in the perfect location) was their menu, which had a fantastic selection of vegetarian food, including their amazing Pumpkin Parma (served with chips/salad). My daughter had the bbq chicken Parma and that was also fantastic apparently. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the locals were friendly too, giving us another location to check out on our trip!
