Bottlemart Express - Royal Mail Hotel - Pub in Wycheproof Victoria

I was travelling through Wycheproof and stopped at this hotel, fantastic service and Terry the publican couldn't do enough for me as l was on my own . The food was great and such friendly staff.
I would highly recommend stopping, their is also a coffee machine and snacks just what you need when travelling.

Great pub to stop by in Wycheproof.
Parma night on a Wednesday, heaps of different Parma flavour options to choose from, $24 each, great value.
Friendly staff behind the counter and it was quick service for my meal.

Great food, huge serves. Great country cooking. Slow service but worth the wait. There's a resident macaw and two St. Bernards, one of which is super friendly.

If you wish to stay the accommodation is a bargain-only $60 a night. It's clean and comfortable, the whole place could use an update though-especially the bathrooms and toilets (which are not in the rooms).

If you are staying bring good earplugs/headphones or ask to be in a room away from the bar. Or you may find yourself listening to the tv blasting in the bar after 1:00am. This was turned down after a call to the bar, although I was told 'there are still guests here and they're allowed to watch tv.' The 'guests' continued to enjoy themselves until after 4:00am!

The Royal is close to all the shops and my bike had a safe hiding place out back. Thanks Aaron and team in kitchen! Full tummy good night's kip and I'll do it all again today because I can!
