Branded Burgers & Bar

As visitors to the area, we were searching for a nice place for breakfast. A young man greeted us immediately upon entering, and we were immediately seated and provided with menus. Despite a sudden influx of customers, this lovely young man never lost his smile and helpful attitude, despite having to deal with some challenging customers. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

The food was really tasty (hash brown stack recommended!) and we would definitely come again when in the area.

Great sized meal for 1 or 2. Depending on appetite.

The food here as usual was beyond expectation. Service was top notch with a less than 5 minute wait for our 3 dishes. We even had to ask for take away containers due to the portion size and from previous experience it will surely travel well.

I checked the Branded Burgers website before visiting and was excited by their selection of loaded fries. We ordered the Loaded Gravy Fries ($18), and while the staff were fantastic, the food was a huge disappointment. It didn't resemble anything advertised online. The chips were bland, like frozen fries with no seasoning. The gravy lacked depth, and the aioli was basic at best. I also paid an extra $4 for streaky bacon, which should've added crunch and saltiness, but the bacon was almost non-existent and lacked flavor. If my daughter and I weren't so hungry, I would've sent the food back. I mentioned this to the staff at the end, but no compensation was offered. Calling these "loaded fries" is a stretch. It was a sad attempt and very overpriced. I won't be returning to try anything else.

$8 large takeaway chips - not even enough for one let alone to share as planned. See photo (drink I bought at supermarket shown for size comparison) Plus charged $2 for tomato sauce that wasn't there. Rip-off! NEVER going back.
