Had a lovely evening at my uncle's local. Everyone is very friendly but my steak was very tough. Everything else was great

After a fabulous steak, I asked the lady behind the bar for a bottle of local red wine. She showed me a bottle of Shiraz and said this is our best seller......I have a bottle already open.....would you like to have a little taste?
Ya don't get service like that in Melbourne.
