Greeted by the bartender bloke upon arrival. Absolute top G he is, up for a chat and bit of banter as well as giving some recommendations for food/drink, best time to come etc...
I got the Chicken Parmi and a Creme Brulee for desert. I was not let down. Parmi portion was good and very tasty, the salad even had its own unique touch to it. I think they use mint in the salad? Either way...

The tempura cauliflower was delicious, highly recommend! This was a nice evening out with my husband. Good food and lovely people.
Second time visiting today and OMG I'm naming the chef a king of sauces! Last time I was super impressed by the cauliflower because of the sauce, this time it was the calamari, the tomatillo and mint sauce was so delicious I wanted to lick my plate! My husband is a picky eater and he loved the tartar sauce with is fish. The food sounds like normal pub fare, but the sauces take it so much higher.

The Bridge is a great pub in Werribee, but unless there's live music or the DJ on, the atmosphere is a bit boring, needs to liven up some more. Good place to meet up with friends. Food is pretty standard of a pub, good selection of drinks and it's nice to sit in the beer garden during Summer. We went for Christmas lunch a couple of years ago and it was really good.
