Bridgewater Hotel Winter Solstice- absolutely amazing. Our host Virginia and chef Ethan and team are just amazing. The food and service exceeded all our expectations. From the warm welcome on arrival, the most delicious food and lovely wines made for a fabulous evening. Definitely worth the drive

Good steak and vegetarian pumpkin meals. Steak doesn't come with vegetables or salad, but you can get as side dish which is quite large. Food cooked well medium rare steak spot on. Well worth the stop and you can go for a walk along the river afterwards

Definitely go to the Bridgewater Hotel, lovely Art Deco Hotel. For all the city folk who need some refreshing air and star lit evenings go to Bridgewater and walk along the riverside.
The food at the Hotel was exceptional and definitely not pub food. It was restaurant quality by far and deserves a visit. The prices were very reasonable.

Our meals were absolutely delicious.
My husband had steak, I had barramundi, both were 'melt in your mouth'.
The kids all loved their burgers.
Table service was excellent.
We were a group of 21 with 4 wheelchairs amongst us & accessibility was very easy with plenty of room.
We recommend this beautiful pub anytime.

Look the food it's self was quite nice. The steak was delicious! The steak came out on a giant plate with scattered chips (I did ask for chips and salad) and in a separate bowl came a giant salad and another bowl of mashed potatoes ๐คจ. Which was confusing as why the salad wasn't on the plate and I also had mash?
The presentation was just a throw together. The red wine Jus tasted unusual, almost like golden syrup.
