Really good space. Lots of different styles of seating, good entertainment and the food is nice. Comes out quickly, usually selections on the menu and drinks from the bar. Clean and airy, hope to be back soon.

Never been before and was a little skeptical... but was pleasantly surprised! Food at bar was delicious and then the function area for the gig was excellent! Carpet floor, big bar and good sized dance floor ??'?

Saw Joe Camereli and Black Sorrows. Excellent night.
Plenty of space to sit or stand with raised area towards the back. Everyone could see and feel involved which was really great.
I didn't use the bar, but it didn't take long for people to be back with drinks in hand.
Would really like to see E cigarettes banned though. I don't want to be breathing the toxins, especially after surviving cancer myself!!!
Brilliant night guys!!
$50 well spent and value for money.
Thanks for a 70s 80s re experience without all the roughness if those times!!!
Fabulous night with friends and fans!! Young and older!!!

Be going here since the 80s. Wife's fish and chips were good but was very disappointed with my roast of the day, roast pork was good but the veggies were a joke. 3 beans a carrot thinner than a pencil that I would have been embarrassed to even put on a plate, broccoli was that hard I couldn't even cut it and I don't ever remember my mum's sunday roast with boiled potatoes. I felt sorry for the poor server who had to ask how the meal was. After over 25 years involved in clubs and businesses my chefs would have had the decency to go apologise to the customer

Attended a birthday party where we had our own section outside. All undercover with a huge TV outside to watch the footy. Food was exceptionally quick to come out, we had a large crowd and most of the food was brought out at the same time. Gnocci was fantastic. Would visit again.

The Bridgewater provides beautiful and delicious food from a unique menu.. The service was splendid and they have a great cocktail list to top it off .. It is well worth a trip to the hills for a memorable experience..

Great meals, large serves, very good staff service, but it was extremely loud with many people talking in the dining room at dinner time - not good acoustics in the dining room at all. We weren't sure where to go to order our meals when it was time to order - signage needs to be more obvious for diners. No salad / veg bar.

Very enjoyable experience and we were amazed at the staff and their focus.
Then the food, amazing!
I got the tge Mixed Grill meat platter for one which was cooked perfectly, med-rare
My wife had the chicken and prawn stir-fry with rice with bokchoy and Chinese cabbage and capsicums. Was very tasty, but needed extra chilli ? and we noted the bokchoy and chinese cabbage and capsicums were missing? Minus 1 star
Otherwise a very nice venue that we will revisit.
P.S. The Miss New York pizza was the best! Very tasty. I want to try the dry aged meat

Great Decor, Clean, friendly staff, good meal selection and good prices. Meal came out in a very timely manner, 3 different meals at our table of 4 all equally as delicious, desert was a bit different to what we were expecting , a decontructed version but very yum, Mojito's were really good. Definitely would return and recommend.

Michelle and Luke looked after us and kudos to chefs best schnitzel's we have had in long time.
Was also fantastic catching up with John McCauley ( family friend and ex Whyalla Westlands hotelier)for a chat. Definitely recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be back again. Chris had Hawaiian and I had seafood schnitty

I may be biased, but the Bridgeway Hotel is my favourite place to drink, eat and catch up with friends. Where else can U find such a stunning pub with its uniquely designed architecture. It's a great place to drink, especially when the river that it is built across is flowing with winter rains. The only disappointment in recent years has been the lack of live music band for which it was very popular for in the past.
However, that is all slowly changing with future gigs and events planned which shows draw in the crowds that are looking for a place to socialise other than the pokie venues in Adelaides Northern region.

Despite the rather loud atmosphere this place was exceptional for a "pub", the waiter went above and beyond to have a fro hat away to the whole table and make everyone feel welcome, topped off with everyone thinking their meal was delicious. Definitely a place we will return in the future

Amazing friendly service in the main dining area! Very welcoming. They made sure we were seated in a location that ensured our complete comfort. Great food, the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare as I ordered, just how I like it..and an amaaazing flavour. We will be back.

Bridgeway used to have great value meals, always one of our favourite places.

But since the renovations, every meal has been terrible. Looks better but also lacks the old character, but what is the point when the food is so sub-standard.

A real pity.

Attended a show for predominantly over 60/70's. 1hr late starting with no apologies and not enough seating for guests. Hundreds of people queued outside on footpaths and then had to endure plastic cups.
Staff were brilliant though.

A very nice Hotel to visit food was delicious, Customer service good. But it taken over a hour before we got our food very slow services. The housekeeping needs to be brought up to speed "Cleaners need to do a better job" We was booked in at 7 left after 9.30. Very slow services...

Despite living locally for many years I'd never visited the Bridgeway hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the venue when I finally did. Huge multi level outdoor area with massive TV. Large bistro area for indoor dining. Kitchen on display so you can enjoy watching your delicious aged steaks cooking on the wood fired grill. Sports Bar showing some signs of age but the regulars certainly aren't fussed. Staff were also very helpful and prices reasonable. I'll be back.

Ridiculously long wait for food that wasn't worth it. Table of 10 people and we got 2 dishes at the start, 50 minutes got 2 more and 15 minutes later got the rest. Food was dry and almost inedible. Best part by far was the chips and wedges. With I had saved money and ordered just those because there were fantastic. Brisket, ribs, squid and schnitzel were all dry and tough to eat. Not going there again.

Went out with the family for a meal and a few. Haven't been in a few years. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. Decor and setting was just as good. Renovations definitely looking great. Unfortunately the food was a let down, a stir fry dish was cold on some parts and hot on others (possibly microwaved) two of the snitties were burnt, was like chewing cardboard. A rib-eye was overcooked and bland. Hopefully can have a better experience next time in this great setting.

Recently renovated, this old favourite has a new modern decor and in these current times, a very open space feel. The outdoor beer garden features a massive screen for watching sports. The food menu is fairly standard pub fare with medium pricing. Great selection of craft beers on tap.

Its OK'ish. Probably more a 3.5 stars than Just a 3 star rating. Food was quite good from what I got told. The new bar area has a huge TV Screen which is great for watching sports. Bar was quite small and its more of a meeting place than a venue for a DJ with a dance floor. We had the balcony are for a private function which was OK. Just not somewhere I personally would go out of my way to go to

Great prices. Also great daily specials. The pizza special is great on Mondays. Shame there is not more selection to the pizzas, but for $10 wood oven pizza its acceptable.

The pizza chef was really nice and friendly to talk to while waiting 2 hours for 4 meals, These meals could not even be delivered at the same time. The tastiest part of my burger was the bun. nnI also found great amusement watching the staff lost, looking for tables they could not find.nIf only they had spent the same money in staff training as they did on renovations. This would probably be a nice place

Fantastic venue. Shame about the smokers who were pretty much smoking Inside. Would be good if the venue took more leadership in this regard and moved them further away from the main entrance. nnFood was great. Prices were great. Venue was fantastic from a layout point of view. Just the one complaint regarding the secondhand smoke.
