A warm friendly and inviting spot; The Riley's recent refurbishment and opening gives a loungy vibe with soft lighting, great food and nice staff. Certainly a great place to start your night with a delicious bite and drinks to accompany. I went here on a Friday and a Saturday another week for dinner and drinks with mates - and we all enjoyed ourselves. I've had the Prawn fettuccini (with prawn bisque) and Karaage chicken burger (with chipotle sauce); both were scrumptious. Nicholas in particular goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and are well looked after. It's always a pleasure to see him and staff alike.

Dropped in for a late lunch, as well as a couple of beers, and enjoyed both my time there and my meal. The chicken schnitzel with Panko crumbing was one of the tastier pub schnitzels I've enjoyed. There was a good choice of beers on tap, and Young Henrys is one of my favourites. Service was prompt and friendly. There's outdoor seating, though given the weather, I sat inside. Overall, a good pub experience.

Beautiful service today, went in an bought myself some octopus skewers which came recommended! I usually hate octopus so I took a gamble. Staff were really helpful, great margarita's 🥳🥳 I'm sharing this place round

Never in my life have I felt so victimised, misunderstood or helpless. For a community that screams for acceptance you have a funny way of expressing it. I never knew asking to charge my phone (with my own charger), in an empty bar could escalate so far. Your customer experience needs serious attention. I hope the staff are questioned and reprimanded for the unacceptable treatment I received! 0 stars!

The Riley is just one of the best pubs in the Oxford Street area. It buzzes, it rocks, it rolls and revels in chattiness and good food and great service. Very G friendly and not a singlet, thongs or typical drunk in site. Loved it. Corner Riley and Oxford- right in the heart of Rainbowland

Bought a drink here, tried to find the toilet. The only toilet was in the pokies and I was harangued the whole time there. Priorities lol they'd rather me spend my drink money on pokies clearly.
