Love the emo nights at this venue, but to be honest, I've had some bad experiences with the bartenders not being very nice. It's really puts a damper on your night when you feel like someone hates you for having to re say your drink order because they misheard you due to it being very loud, and me not having the loudest voice. Getting angry at me isn't the answer.

An incredible venue
Customer service is remarkable. Bartenders, right through to security, everyone is so welcoming. Highly recommend this space! Have had a lot of great nights here

Fun rooftop bar with great cocktails! The vibe was nice & the music was fun, however the drinks are a bit on the expensive side & the bartenders were understaffed. Waiting in line 15 minutes isn't really ideal, but overall was fun!

We hosted a joint birthday party at the Burdekin Lava Lounge and it was perfect. The venue was a great size: one room with a bar and lounge area connected to another room with a DJ booth and dance floor. This meant there was a clear space to chat and a space to dance. The staff were all incredibly helpful - both Erin in the build up to the event and everyone working on the day. We were allowed to put up some of our own decor, move some of the furniture, and our DJs used the Burdekin's equipment. It was perfect. Highly recommended!

We hosted a quiz night at The Burdekin and it was an absolute hit! The venue especially the Level 3 was perfect for our group. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to Erin for helping us organise!
Burdekin Hotel is open Tuesday from 4 PM to 10 PM. They are also open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 PM to 11 PM. On Friday they're open from 4 PM until 4 AM the following morning , and on Saturday they operate from noon until 4 AM the following morning.
