Went on steak night 18/12/24 and ordered our scotch fillets and sat waiting for 30 minutes after placing our order only to be told there were no scotch fillets. The manager on duty who refunded our order still charged us for the two soft drinks we ordered. Doesn't get much worse.

Ive been to the Burvale hotel quite regularly and had a fantastic experience thanks to Thomas. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and taken care of. He had great knowledge of the drink menu and made excellent recommendations.
