I ordered the Grilled Seafood Basket, the meal cost $42.90. It came with Cold and watery Grilled Barramundi, 2 Cold apparently Grilled Prawns and 2 Cold Calamari Pieces. As well as chips and salad. I admittedly did eat the two prawns as soon as the meal came out, because they were cold I then felt my Barramundi. It was watery cold and raw in places. I immediately took my meal back to the bar staff and asked for my money back. The young lady took it to the duty manager. Which then came back out with my meal. And said there was nothing wrong with it. I told her that the fish was raw. She then informed me they do not do refunds as the chef said it was hot when it was bought out and insinuated I left my meal for quite some time before I started eating. I told her I started eating as soon as the young lady had bought my meal out. She then took my meal back to the kitchen, returned without my meal and said that it was cold because of all the back and forth with my meal about my complaint. The duty manager was quite rude and unapologetic, and to be honest, had the Attitude that she couldn't care that I could have gotten sick from raw Barramundi and under cooked seafood in general. I have never been treated so poorly from someone in a customer service position. As we were walking out of the venue, the duty manager and the chef found it quite amusing.
