We had a great experience at Centra Hotel last night. The atmosphere is cosy and romantic, perfect for our date. The food was 10/10 - we ordered the barramundi, slow cooked lamb, and carbonara. Service was friendly and quick, would definitely return here

We held our son's 21st last Saturday in the court yard.
The Functions manager James went above and beyond, we can't thank James enough ??'??. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were fantastic so friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Tom.
The food was amazing also and so much of it ?.Great Venue. Was perfect for all our needs.

Fantastic place to go for a feed or drink! always get the best service here and the bar legends whip up some mean cocktails, food is 10/10 and never misses a beat, wether it's the old menu or the newer pub menu, it's always delicious. Recommend to everyone

Not cozy at all probably saving on heating.

For the price they charge there are lots of other better Italian restaurants than this one one in Geelong.

Also been wanting to check this place but due to their break hour and our shift worker schedule it just never happened until one Sunday we found a reason to splurge ?

Great pizza toppings selection
Pasta too al dente for me (read:hard)
Desserts- tiramisu was good. Cannolo 's pistachio ricotta was powdery

We'll be back to try some other menu another time!

If you are looking for a place for a function look no further. Centra recently hosted a party for me and they could not have been better. The food was fabulous and the service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Centra.

Fantastic and well worth. Josh was extremely helpful and kind. Ask him about tequila and you'll be happy. Food was great! Definitely try the fried calamari, it was delicious! Will definitely try and go back if ever in the area!

Centra is a welcoming bistro that provides classic Italian staples. While I was there I got to try their arancini, seafood linguine and rocket pizza. The arancini had a neat little chilli hit that I wasn't suspecting. They gave us quite a few arancini balls, which was great since the serving sizes of the pasta and pizza are small. The seafood linguine was nice enough but it was a little bit bland. Fortunately, the prawns were cooked perfectly. The pizza dough was delicious and fresh. The tomato sauce was overly salty and the toppings were very light (even for a traditional Italian pizza), yet it was still pretty good. The acoustics in the venue are attrocious. We could barely hear each other from a foot away. The staff were exceptionally friendly though. Our waiter was very helpful with choosing our drinks. Overall, I enjoyed some of the food but felt like there was a little more to be desired considering the high price point.

Great food and well set up. One small issue with the service after I saw a chip in my glass and very nearly swallowed a bit of glass. Mentioned it to the waiter who said he would get me another drink. It never appeared. My fault for not mentioning it further, but ... apart from that this place was really good.

Amazing venue, we had our daughter and son in laws wedding celebration on Saturday evening and it was a beautiful experience. The food was delicious the atmosphere was great. Most of all the staff were friendly and did an excellent job.

Our party of 8 enjoyed the veal (large serving of a veal chop, potatoes and greens), the fish, and the seafood linguini (absolutely delicious). Later followed by coffee and deserts.

Five star service, great ambience as they have outdoor courtyard which is nice on sunny days. We had pizza and Arancini balls which were delicious. Greatly recommended pizza place in Geelong.

This place was not our first choice but what a great find. From the get go, the service has been outstanding. The staff is always smiling and very attentive. We started with arancini balls with peas and mint. It tasted better than it sounds and the combination works! We also tried the pancetta pizza & grilled swordfish. The stand out was the seafood linguini which was jam packed with flavour of the sea. It was a satisfying meal.

Just popped in for a glass of wine. Very knowledgeable sommelier, great wines. Coming back to try the food
