We made a booking the day before checking in and unfortunately not long after, got stuck in a hard Victoria Lockdown which meant we couldn't catch our flight the next morning. The team were very lovely in issuing a full refund and the customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for your understand and we hope to stay with you once borders reopen!

Great basic clean rooms. Has every essential but not fancy. Great location right in the centre. Can't complain for the value

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We can see that the rooms were renovated a short time ago. The room was very nice, as was the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning was excellent. The location is also perfect. I highly recommend it

Pokie selection id ok but the standard of punter is terrible to the point you almost feel uncomfortable.
Staff do not have good control of the room and do not police foul language and behaviour.
I go to places like this to switch off not to deal with this, pretty much any gaming room I've been to in Hobart is more pleasant and relaxing.
