I went to Chloe's Brasserie with my mum last night before seeing Moulin Rouge. The ambience was stunning. Being one of the oldest hotels in Melbourne its facade and interior decor really stayed true to that. We had the pre-theatre menu which started with some beautiful, warm, crusty bread with olive oil, vinegar and salt. For main we both had the steak cooked medium and for dessert a little chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and cream. Everything was made perfectly and tasted so good. Will definitely come back to Chloe's and recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience in this beautiful restaurant. Our waitress Nancy was delightfully attentive and pleasant offering assistance promptly and politely.
The wild barramundi dish was tasty and plentiful. Both meals we ordered were well presented.
The food and drinks menus were both reasonably priced.
We would definitely return again.

It had a booking of 32 people for my daughter's Hens dinner. So impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and service. Elise and the team working were incredible to handle such a large booking. Chefs did amazing bringing yummy food out in a timely manner and such a smooth flow to the whole night. We will be back for other functions and dinners. Thank you so much for your kindness and ensuring the entire evening was memorable.

A great place for a city lunch. A window seat overlooking Flinders Street Station and the bustling crowds. Service impeccable, ambience interesting but sadly disappointing lunch. Great value at 2 courses and a glass of wine for $38 but the snapper fish we ordered by very dry and unappetizing. Had a nice experience anyway.

Enjoyed lunch special on a Grand Final public holiday. The ability to book a table plus set cost was great for us. But most of all was the service and staff, particularly on a very busy day in Melbourne. My second visit and both times staff have been great. Value for money and lovely ambience. Will be back.

Chloe's dining at Young & Jacksons is in the heart of town.
This old world pub is full of history dating back to 1909.
Enjoy a good quality wholesome meal with a drink while looking out the windows of the busy hustle and bustle streets below.

We were greeted with friendly service and really helpful staff, immediate seated and given menus and within 5 mins had our orders taken. I've visited many hotels/pubs for meals and this one is one of the better ones that's for sure.
The rib eye steak was cooked perfectly, accompanied with the red wine jus it was delicious 8.9/10. Keen to come back to try the rest of the menu. $60 a bit of the high end but I thinks it defs worth it.

We had the lunch set menu at Chloe's which included entrees, main, dessert, drinks and coffee/ tea. I've raved onto my friends about how great it all was. Chloe's room has an old charm about it, actually the whole pub does if I think about it. The staff were very friendly and professional. Will be coming back
