Great location, the rooms are a little shabby but comfortable and clean. The shower is amazing! A hotel that has everything you need that is close to The city and the manager was more than helpful

I checked in here Friday night with my friend, my daughter and her friend. I was absolutely disgusted with the behaviour from the manager and his partner. The place is a dump. No water running in shower, no working wifi or tv aerial. My 12 year old was stabbed in the leg by a rusty nail on the chair. When we attempted to leave we're told we would not get a refund. Manager and female comanager swore at my daughter and I. They refused to allow my daughter to charge her electric scooter. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. MANAGEMENT SO INPROFESSIONAL

Contrary to other reviews we had no real dealbreaker problems during our stay. Unfortunately we were desperate for accommodation on probably the busiest weekend of the year as other accommodation cancelled late notice, and the price for our stay was double what it usually is per night here.. and after staying for a couple of nights im not super happy about how much i paid, but it was better than sleeping in the car.
Advertised as having a restaurant and bar open along with breakfast options and room service, none of that has been available for some time i think.
Room was quite large but weirdly empty. Tv didnt work properly, and things where falling apart and patched up roughly (light fixtures, cupboards, ceiling)
However it was overall clean and tidy
Useful if your desperate or not very fussy.
Good location with an amazing cafe just around the corner.

This was a terrible place to stay. Dated and dilapidated decor aside. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Unethical and unhygienically run from my experience.
Foxtel and restaurant advertised online and at location are not provided or open - with no communication offered at checkin.
Upon entering the room we were greeted with the pungent and stifling odour of musty, damp and mold. The shower curtain was dirty and had fresh and old mold stains all over it and the bathroom vanity was swollen and turning black with more mold - not surprising considering ventilation seemed to be sorely lacking. While the sheets were fresh, the bed covering and cushion were coated in a layer of grime and marks - obviously not cleaned for an extended time. As well as dirty marks to bed base and layers of liquid stains on the armchair. When politely broaching these issues there was no apology offered to the apparently false advertisements, said no one had complained of a smell before (previous reviews show otherwise) no other rooms available and no refund when requested for second night. They did replace the shower curtain with another one - still moldy though considerably less so. The kicker was that while out I then received a text from reception stating the previous curtain was 'ok and fit for purpose' and that they detected no odour. There seems to be little integrity in the running of this business and no care for the health and safety of their guests. There is plenty more that was undesirable, these were just the blatant and most disturbing things.
From previous replies to reviews from management I expect that they will deny and attack. Shame on this establishment.

Do not stay here if you want to be treated with decency and respect. We only dealt with 2 staff members here, one of which was a man who checked us in and was lovely. The other however was a woman who was aggressive and violent towards guests and needs to be in a different job. As we were not told the checkout time at time of checkin, we assumed it would be 11am. However at 10:10am we were screamed at by this woman who demanded we left the room in 5 minutes. I apologised and explained we were not told the checkout time and assumed it was 11, and that we would be out as soon as possible. When we approached her at the desk I told her that rather than attacking her paying guests, she should ensure the staff members are fully aware of the check in protocols to avoid situations like this. Instead of an apology we were met with more aggressive language, eye rolling, sighing and abrasiveness. Do not stay here.
