The service received by the gentleman with the glasses, was outstanding! He was able to run the bistro on his own and still keep a smile on his face. He gave us the heads up that there were a few big tables that had to order, so we should order quickly. Not many places will tell you that.

Myself and my family came here for dinner tonight and were served by the most amazing server, Micheal. We really wanted to emphasise how well his service was as we were laughing all night because of his sense of humour. What a great example of what service should look like! Food was fabulous and service was impeccable, highly suggest coming here for lunch and dinner!

Always great food, great staff, never had a problem in drive through. Some idiots don't know how to keep out of the way, and don't have the courtesy to turn their car off while waiting

I had my first Uber Eats pickup of the day at this drive-through restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Despite the expected hustle and bustle, the experience was marred by the rude behavior of the lady at the counter. Without even knowing the details of my order, she curtly instructed me to park in a spot already occupied by another car. As a delivery driver, I understand the importance of efficiency, but professionalism and basic courtesy should never be forgotten. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the delivery solely due to the unacceptable attitude displayed by the staff. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when simply trying to do our jobs. If you are busy we respect you but it doesn't mean you put your work frustrations on us.

Alice was our waitress and she was AMAZING! She dealt with the chatty child, and rowdy men with absolute excellence and humour!
Food was divine. 2 coeliac parmis and they were almost bigger than the standard parmis!
The kids pasta was amazing and a fantastic sized serve.
The salmon was also fantastic!

Beautiful warm and spacious restaurant, welcoming staff and very efficient. Delicious food starting from entree to dessert. We definitely will be returning, I encourage others to do the same. :)

Had previously had pasta their and thought we would get the pizza to try. Not cooked properly. Made my husband wait which wasn't an issue but to then give him undercooked soft pizza.
Phoned tonight still upset as we spend $40 on a meal that couldn't be eaten. Was told by the lady on the phone it was my fault for ordering so late. She wouldn't give her name and when I said I wanted to organise a refund she said that's not my problem.AVOID GEELONG!!!

Unfortunately we booked for the kid facilities but arrived to see none there, looked like many family's where the same. Lots of kids running around.

Food was bland, no one in our large group finished the pizzas. Fully of cheap ham.

Gourmet pizzas, YUM! I really liked both of these, shared with others... Reasonably tasty, but it was pointed out by one of the other eaters that the ham was std shredded ham, if it had been Geelong smoked ham, which is SOOO yum, it would have lifted the whole thing, I still ate well though. Service was good... But why was the place not packed, too rainy? Lack of art on the walls? Dunno... We went for the buy one get one pizza deal and we all felt it was good value. :) well-done guys.
