Stay away from the chicken schnitzel. Should have known it was going to be a bad experience by the lack of people

Took our elderly mum here to celebrate her birthday [13/05/21] and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We requested the opening of the handicapped door (so no steps to negotiate) of which they graciously assisted mums entry & exit, they also offered to take a group pic for us AND included a candle on mums dessert.
They were all so friendly, efficient and kind, can't praise them enough.
The calamari meal was cooked to perfection, tender & flavoursome.
Mums senior lamb roast was devoured with pleasure by the birthday guest!
And the chicken schnitzel & huge steak sandwich was enjoyed also.
We'll definitely be back, and not just for the next birthday! :)

Best, out of all the BWS/ Monty pubs we hav visited. Food is great and staff helpful, there chips, to die for. We love how they serve our salads in a separate bowl. The roast lamb today was hot and nicely presented.

We had a lovely Mother's Day lunch which was made very special by excellent service provided by the Club Hotel staff. Great no fuss pub food, the kids loved the playground and we'll definitely be back soon for a meal. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and ready to assist. Seniors meals $9odd were great, ample servings. Deducted 1 star for no salad dressing on the salad. My wife and granddaughter had it on theirs. Overall, would definitely dine there again.

There is a word to describe the dining experience at The Club Hotel - Average.
That's being generous too.
The only good point is they did listen to and respect food allergies. That was it.
The floor was sticky, the carpet mucky, one register to take meal orders for a queue of 30 odd people. Food took an hour to arrive at the table with a sorry and no explanation. Not the waiters fault but clearly management needs to review their procedures and the layout of the bistro to provide a more seamless, hassle free experience for both patron and staff. Food finally did arrive and unfortunately it again was average. I wouldn't recommend this venue at all. Overpriced and just not worth it. Won't be back.
