Not a place for date night, but for a few beers with mates in the sports bar, is certainly OK. Great service. More blue collar crowd but whether in chinos or shorts, casually acceptable. Broad tap beer range. Perfect place to meet from Town Hall train or light rail stops, or Metro Gadigal, plus bus network along Park St. Plenty of nearby Plan B's.

I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this bar last Saturday night. I was refused service by staff who assumed I was drunk ??" when in fact, I have a disability. Without taking a moment to speak to me or try to understand the situation, they called security to remove me. Only after some confusion did they suddenly backtrack, but the damage was already done.

This kind of ignorance is unacceptable. Your staff clearly lack the training to distinguish between someone who is intoxicated and someone living with a disability. No one should be publicly humiliated or discriminated against like this. I strongly urge management to take accountability and ensure that all staff receive proper training in disability awareness and respectful customer service. This experience should never be repeated.

The location is amazing. It was right beside everything you need - big grocery, metro station, several malls for shopping (one being the iconic QVB), and even fastfood chain. We would definitely staying here again when we are in Sydney just because of its location.

Rooms are okay, nothing extraordinary. Hotel guests also have 10% discount on their pub/bar where food/drinks are also okay.

We were in the city to see a stage show and were looking for somewhere to have dinner and a meal. Came across this gem of a pub. The food was amazing and service and attention from the staff was next level. Great cross section of wines and beers available and very reasonable prices. We stayed in other accommodation but if the decor and atmosphere is reflected in the rooms we will be treating "the Coro" as our go to in the city. (Only rated accommodation as 4 stars as we didn't actually stay😃)
