Great place to stay, very reasonably priced. Rooms are simple but include aircon, towels/soap, toaster, kettle and a selection of teas, spreads and instant coffee. Some rooms have 3 beds.

Our room had a microwave and TV as well. Staff were supremely friendly and helpful. Town has a free pool open on hot days. Pub food is good! Enjoyed staying here, would stay again!

We 4 bike riders stayed one night and enjoyed it. Reini and Barry great hosts. Went out of their way to ensure we had a meal for us even though their cook not on duty on a Wednesday night. Motel accommodation basic but spotless.

Fantastic perch and vegetables. Nice friendly atmosphere and good selections of beer and wine including non alcoholic beer.

Not a bad place for country hospitality. You get a decent meal and the staff are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they have live entertainment which is a bonus. Pretty average place but can't complain.

Just like a Country Pub should be ??'? we had a group of 8 pple and had a great weekend. The service from Reiny and his team was 2nd to none, very friendly, huge meals, great food and great value. Having the accommodation at the pub was perfect for our group and clean/ comfortable beds. We will be looking forward to coming back.

Great Friendly OLD country pub. Huge really good meals, cold beer wine and mixed drinks. Pool tables and darts. Make friends place. old school pub and publicans.

The tourist brochure said it was open 7 days. We were there at 1.30 pm Wed 7 Sept. Closed. Rang the mobile number on door. `Nah, we're closed. I'll be there on half an hour`

Will never go there again. The co-licensee 'Rheiny' gave me the most unwelcome greeting I have ever had in my world travels when booking in to a motel stay, rude and abusive because I didn't know I was supposed to go to the public bar counter first on entering for Covid sign in, the signage was inadequate, and QR sign in was hidden inside the bar. The room itself was ok except for the roaches, bugs, mouse droppings in the drawers and mouse chewed bible

Seriously the best country pub . Lovely publican and the best Tbone steak ever ... 5? a must to eat at . Definitely going back here !!
