Right next door to the bowls club. The forgotten little sister. The food was good and the staff member serving us was nice and cheerful.

Food was inedible other than oysters with chilli and lemongrass (delightfully fresh). However all cooked courses were poor. Mussels ($29) served unopened, seafood chowder ($29) of tasteless broth with inedible, rubbery, tasteless chunks of octopus, fish and calamari, soft shell crab sliders ($15) overcooked to the point of being dark fried and served in wrinkly sad looking bread rolls. Food dumped on table in random order in rapid succession. Unopened mussels and a complementary glass of wine each were provided as compensation, although we refused a doggy bag of mussels that had probably been jemmied open! The whole night really was an awful experience.

Not open Monday nights. Did I see that on the television adverts? We have these ads rammed down our neck night after night.

Sign on bistro door said food availability in gaming room. We weren't even offered that.
Never mind we went next door to the bowling club. Food excellent, staff spot on AND they don't have to advertise. Says something.

Fantastic evening with great food, well priced meals, steak cooked to perfection, staff were friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Katie for great customer service.
