Such a great vibe. The kitchen was being renovated when we were there, but it was fine as everyone was bringing on outside food. Pool tables and large outdoor smoking area

Wanted a few beers before the SCG test match on a Saturday. Says it's open at 8am but at 8:30am it's still closed. At least open up on time.

The bar staff are very nice and it has the best smoking section in Sydney by far. Very good pub but look, I went to get the cheeseburger about 6 weeks ago and it was incredible. Stayed in my mind for a while and when I revisited the pub to pursue said cheeseburger on Sunday it was about 5 times worse than I remembered. Disappointing.

Great food, great service, and cold beers. This place has it all. A true authentic pub! Do yourself a favour and visit. Have a beer by the open fire or a French meal upstairs... Either way, it's worth the trip.
