The food was tasty and good for the price . Decent selection of beers at a good price. Pleasant service and all round great experience.

Attended this hotel due to advertised special burger and wings $22
When trying to order informed no specials on game day. Perhaps you need to advertise this. Red hair Bar staff not helpful . A smile costs nothing you really need to work on your customer service

Thank you to the owner for your quick reply. The customer service was excellent. There was a younger girl behind the bar when we arrived and she was very pleasant. The reason for the one star is because of the food quality. The burger with wings was processed pre-pressed 'meat.' it did not taste good at all as I was expecting beef and got something else as a surprise. I also tried the chicken burger with wings, which was unsatisfactory in taste.
My whole family actually felt sick for the next day after having lunch there.
I appreciate your concern about providing an excellent experience for your customers. With so many options for eating nearby, something should be done to really stand out.

We both had the Scotch Fillet Steak (the option below didn't include the steaks which are an integral part of dining at the Crown!)with terrific chips and a fresh salad. Our steaks were cooked to perfection!! Everything was gorgeous including the sauces and our drinks. Great prompt service, reasonable prices on a large range of delicious food options and a clean environment. Daily lunch specials and early happy hour makes it easy to choose to dine at The Crown Hotel frequently.

Exceptional food and hospitality is spot on and well above average for a pub. At a great price.
Their steaks are as good as they get. Thanks for having us time and time again, from south australia travelling. Looking for a nice place to eat and drink. We wanted to explore other venues but you guys set the the bar high. Thats why we came back. 10 for service also , food quality and price. Best pub in paramatta hands down.. Thanks for hosting.
