Decent servings of food. Brought the young family here, was good except can smell the smoking throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly.

The food was tasty and good for the price . Decent selection of beers at a good price. Pleasant service and all round great experience.

When trying to order informed no specials on game day. Perhaps you need to advertise this. Red hair Bar staff not helpful . A smile costs nothing you really need to work on your customer service

Thank you to the owner for your quick reply. The customer service was excellent. There was a younger girl behind the bar when we arrived and she was very pleasant. The reason for the one star is because of the food quality. The burger with wings was processed pre-pressed 'meat.' it did not taste good at all as I was expecting beef and got something else as a surprise. I also tried the chicken burger with wings, which was unsatisfactory in taste.
My whole family actually felt sick for the next day after having lunch there.
I appreciate your concern about providing an excellent experience for your customers. With so many options for eating nearby, something should be done to really stand out.
