Food was decent, took awhile to come out. Staff were friendly and the drinks service was quick and efficient.

We both had the Scotch Fillet Steak (the option below didn't include the steaks which are an integral part of dining at the Crown!)with terrific chips and a fresh salad. Our steaks were cooked to perfection!! Everything was gorgeous including the sauces and our drinks. Great prompt service, reasonable prices on a large range of delicious food options and a clean environment. Daily lunch specials and early happy hour makes it easy to choose to dine at The Crown Hotel frequently.

Can recommend the stacked high super tasty Crown Burger, matched with a 2024 vintage ;-) Wayfarer Tropical Pale Ale. Enjoy

My partner & I love this place! The food is always delicious with good sized portions. The staff particularly Anita & Shalu are so welcoming & good at what they do, those 2 ladies & their awesome customer service make going there enjoyable!

Came back to your pub, been there at least 4 times before , came for dinner Friday 26th January for a another nice meal, well that didn't happen, the staff where all chatting , we ordered dinner , garlic bread, entree calamari then 2 mains, no one else was eating and all 4 meals came out at once. Seriously by the time I went to eat my dinner it was cold. My salad had mushroom and garlic sauce all over it. Won't be coming back $95 for 2 for a horrible meal,

Pretty cool spot, bit annoyed after sitting upstairs and buying drinks for 2hrs I was told pay the $35 entry fee or leave.. but I'd been there for 2hrs already. Old mate security guard was gracious enough to let us finish our drinks and leave. Feels like I'm not encouraged to return.

Had steak and vege was lovely. service was a little slow I was the last one of 10 people to receive my meal and everyone else had finished their meal. Otherwise venue was good and our team lunch too.

A league grand final, one bar open with two ppl serving. The queues were actually ridiculous. The bar would have known what level of crowd to expect

The steak was really good for the price, the pub style chips were great, and the pepper sauce was amazing. It was so good we went back for dinner the next day.

Everything was satisfying and a value for money. Pleasant vibe, food tastes good, presentation/appearance was also appealing, portion size was just right and pricing was a little extra but still ok fpr the location. Service was quick as well.Out and out a value for money joint.

The manager told me I've been banned, for some reasons that never happened! I asked him for how long? he said 3 months, I said wow 3 months (with low voice and respect) then he said how about 6 months! At that moment I realised they just don't like who I am and they don't want me as a customer (I was a costumer for 11 years without any problems, I spent around $30,000 at this place, i was well dressed, very quite, polite, just having few drinks and smoking in the pokies area mostly on the weekends).

Came here before a Wanderers match. On a stifling hot day, the air conditioning was sensational, as was the comfortable seating in the street-front bar in front of the big screen. The guy behind the bar set up the races on the screen for us, and when a bunch of NRL people arrived and wanted the NRL on the big screen, he made sure there was a screen for us still showing the races. The chicken parmy was one of the best I've ever had. They also had a very efficient bar that coped with an influx of matchday supporters pretty well. Good stuff!

Good value for money, sadly hard to find a venue capable of cooking a MR steak but they did wonderful. Pepper sauce good taste and consistency sides were good. Would return, only neg would. Be the volume of the music in the venue, bit loud for a pub with people trying to eat and converse

What a fantastic venue, the security and staff were so friendly we felt very welcome, we were travelling for work and stopped in as the locals said this is the place to be. They were indeed correct. Happy days

Organised a work Christmas function with Crown Hotel Parramatta and it was great! The entire team was professional and amazing on the night, from the bar staff to those serving food and the managers on duty. The food served was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Attention to detail was noted with heating trays setup to keep food warm and containers supplied for leftovers (of which there was alot!). The Garden Bar had beautiful natural light and well ventilated with lovely plants all around and very spacious. Gardenia and Gus were our contacts for the night and their service was outstanding. Thank you!

I recently visited for a bucks night on a Saturday. Lina from The Crown Hotel's Event Team was fantastic to deal with prior to the event. The staff who ran the event on the evening were so accommodating and the owner on the night was so hospitable and down-to-earth it made my job organising the night so easy. Well done! It was a successful night!

Big place upstairs - spacious design and setup. People are not cramped together which is not very common in pubs. Meals are big and well cooked. Ideal for a night out. Oh and the toilets are clean!

This was the worst meal I have ever had. Pasta tasted like it had been cooled with water from the parramatta river. Will not be returning.

I come across this little pub wilst out to dinner went inside for a drink to check it out put some money in pokies and the staff were so friendly and prompt service drinks good price. Im impressed with the Crown good job guys Thank you for a fantastic night

5 stars for the staff their customer service is phenomenal. Especially Carl with his liquor wizardry every time I come here he's always creating different kinds of wicked alcoholic potions for the customers and Dee for her executive skills at running the joint. Recommend coming Crown if you're in Parramatta and want to have a drink.

Staff are really pleasant and the drink and food options are great.

Good spot for a quick pub lunch as quality and pricing is good.

Only down side is the current construction occuring on the street due to the light rail. Nothing much the hotel can do about it, but it does impact the atmosphere.

Great value $15 steak lunch in a laid back atmosphere.

I live locally and since working from home have come into the Crown a number of times for my lunch break. The food is smashing value for $15. So much so that I haven't even shied away from coming in outside of lunch hours and paying the $24.

They had live music one time I went in for a night feed from a very talented band - Awesome vibe and a breath of fresh air from all the covid dreariness. It had me checking their website to keep on top of when they have performers lined up.

The counter staff are friendly and offer good chat. Food comes right out to you too from the chef. No need to get dressed up to come here, great spot for workmen/workwomen in workwear. Come as you are. Sit the heck down and enjoy a warm meal and time out.
