Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, Lovedale NSW

We enjoyed a Valentines Dinner at The Rydges. Dinner was fantastic. There was a great variety of dishes, and we especially appreciated the non-alcoholic options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well-informed about the menu. We had a truly enjoyable evening. Highly recommend a visit!

Stayed for the weekend with a pool view room. Beautiful resort. Bathrooms need to be updated and cleaner as there were other people's hairs in the bath and on the towels also. Iron wasn't working. Room service was good and quick. Check in and out was easy and quick. I paid $300 for a spa session and I didn't get what I paid for as it was meant to be a 2 hour session it was only 1 and a half hours so I wouldn't be doing that again. My husband found hair in his salad but apart from that the food at lovedale Bar was nice. Parking plenty of it.

I'm amazed. Every time I go I always have a holiday at this Hotel the pool is amazing the hot tub is fantastic including the water park AMAZING! I've went here twice and no regrets. I love how the pool is so clean and beautiful people eat in the pool but don't leave a single crumb in the pool which I love! The food is FABULOUS and I love how anytime you need a towel the place is ALWAYS stocked and the bin for the dirty towels. SO WORTH IT! I also love how the rooms look like they are houses on the outside it's a good look keep it up!

We spent the Australia Day long weekend here with the kids and a couple of their friends. We stayed in one of the villas which was bigger than we expected and very comfortable. Because of the long weekend the resort was very busy and we found it difficult to find space in the pool area.
We enjoyed an excellent dinner in red salt restaurant which we have dined in before. The meals here are always very enjoyable and the staff professional and friendly.

The resort has wonderful activities for the children as well as a great pool area with a small water slide area. It is a very large resort with traditional rims and 2-3 bedroom villas. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which has all the amenities. Staff was quick to provide extra towels etc. It can be busy during the summer vacation. We did not use the adult pool. I do think that our villa could use a deep cleaning, however it was acceptable and e we're happy with the facilities.
