Customs House Hotel Williamstown

It's definitely not a place for a drink on a Saturday night.
I ask to get the footyball finals on tv to lighten the night. As there was only classical music in the background.
I still dont encourage you to visit.

We recently held a memorial for my mother in the Courtyard Room at the Customs House Hotel in Williamstown.
Jenny, the manager, was so helpful with organizing and dressing the room, making suggestions as to how to best hold the ceremony, menu suggestions, suggesting a florist for us to contact, even bringing us a coffee to start the day which was greatly appreciated.
The staff were extremely helpful during the event and so kind and courteous to our guests.
The food was great and there was plenty for everyone, dietary requirements were no trouble at all. We had a grazing table which was set up beautifully and it was so easy for our guests to help themselves.
I would highly recommend holding any function at the Customs House Hotel... we were extremely happy with our day and so happy we chose Customs House Hotel.

The best place for a delicious hearty pub meal and the best eggplant parmas around!
Portions sizes are large. Staff are incredibly friendly and the venue is lovely. Dim lights and beautiful stain glass windows. A great place for large family gatherings or small group dinners.

Good pub food.
Very excited to see vegan eggplant Parma on the menu.
Food was good, however just a little bland and needed seasoning.
Colleagues who had pasta and fish dishes expressed the same.
The table salt got a good workout! 😅

We booked a private room for a 50th celebration and couldn't be happier with the night. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone was talking about how wonderful the night was and the staff.
