We enjoyed a delicious lunch here today, one plate with Chicken Parmagiana, the other with Beer Battered Flathead. Both plates came with generous portions, as well as crispy chips and lovely, fresh salads full of goodies. The Dining Room is very comfortable, the drinks were cold, the service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the bathroom was spotless. Had to try the Chocolate Pudding afterwards and it was rich and gooey. Highly recommend!

Amazing efficient, friendly staff, great atmosphere and good prices, meals are very good with large portion sizes. If your looking for a proper old skool pub this is it, local people call it "Top pub" for a reason 😀🍺

Much better now than the bottom pub which has gone backwards in service, kitchen hours, menu etc since new owner took over.

Have a go at the sheer girth on this parmy, best ive had in tassie and ive eaten a few. Too shelf. Beer was cold, the atmosphere warm and friendly. Ripper.
