Went here after my sons 21st at dapto leagues. We got there with only an hour to go. We should have went earlier as the atmosphere was 100 times better than dapto leagues. We had a good hour with live music and great staff. We also had lunch here a few times and for ten bucks, it was tasty grub. Plain and simple pub grub. No frills pub with all you need for a good time

Nice food and fast service. Friendly staff too. Will be back. The lamb cutlets were delicious

My daughter and her friends went for dinner today and, she has dairy allergies and had requested no cheese on the pasta when she ordered it , the girl taking her order was pre occupied with playing with her earrings at the time and didn't add this information to her order no cheese, she received her pasta with cheese and when trying to take it back to the kitchen so she could have a new pasta, what she ordered previously the staff told her the chef doesn't like to change it !! she waited 20 minutes and her friends had all eaten their meals and she left with no dinner , disgusting service

Stayed here on a hockey trip.
The staff looked after us really well. Couldn't be happier with the room cleanliness and facilities.
The pub was welcoming and the meals were cheap but solid pub fare.

Was at the bistro today. Staff are very friendly and I found the service to be good. However, the cook had extraordinarily long fingernails and did not wear gloves. She also but food on to cook with her bare hands. All within view of patrons. Disgusting and will not return

One of the best family based pubs left. This isn't about making big profits, or making money from gamblers, it's for the people. Absolutely love this pub. Great priced food and one of the cheapest beers in the Illawarra.

Waited over an hour for our lunch it came out cold and ppl who ordered after us got served first and had eaten and gone had to go and ask for our meal not nice when it was cold

One of the nicest steaks I've had in a long time. Meals & service were great.

The Food was Tasty, the Drinks were cold. The Staff were eager to please & friendly. Great place to dine with Family.

This pub has cheap tasty meals,,cannot believe the portion sizes for the cheap prices you pay..unbelievable.

Ordered at 1:10pm, and food came at 2pm. Food was luke warm. Good value, but slow service, and mediocre meal.

This place is a hidden gem- $5.90 scooters, cheap good meals- ie 400gram T bone $24- great specials each night like Sunday $10 steaks or schnitzels

Service is extremely poor, especially with the older lady with a hearing aid! Extremely rude and full of excuses!

Woah! First time there and I saw a lady torn apart by the boss, accusing her of stealing a meat tray!!! I had seen her go up when the numbers were called but the boss wouldn't listen to her! So much for supporting your local!

Waited 1hr and 30 minutes for our food to come out. The waitress was extremely rude. When the food came out it was cold, portion sizes were inconsistent. People came after us and were served their meals before us. We definately will not be returning.

Needs a bit of a renovation but rooms are clean warm and comfortable. Not many places where u can still get cereal bread for toast and juice in rooms. Restaurant Champion family bistro was absolutely awesome food was great and priced to a family's budget happy to stay there again

We got to the Dandaloo about 6.30 and ordered meals for 7 people (disability group)3 of the meals came about half an hour later, the other 4 meals didn't come for about an other hour. The kitchen was under staffed and they kept making excuses. The food was fine but I won't be going again.

What a nice pub. Would recommend the Dandy to anyone who like a cold beer on a hot day. Good price and friendly staff.
