Dee Why Hotel

We had a great experience after an afternoon at the beach. Ordered the cheese burger and lamb salad. Kids got pizza, slider burgers & nuggets. All were a great hit with everyone. Food came out quickly and all staff were friendly from the counter to the ones bringing out the food. Loved the mood lighting atmosphere, decor and Christmas decorations too! Felt really cosy. Couldn't fault our experience today. Thank you!

Do not order food from here. Food was raw and I got food poisoning. I paid $66 for food that tasted defrosted and yet somehow still raw. Embarrassing and disgusting.

Had my Daughters 21st there last night. The function room was fantastic. There are no hire fees and no minimum spends. We did pre order function food and it all came out fresh and delicious and was really well priced and plentiful. The staff were amazing. What ever we asked for - which wasn't much, they were happy to help out. Everyone was friendly and nice. If you're looking for a function space this is hard to go past. Absolutely wonderful staff with no negativity at all. Staff really make a place buzz and they did that. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Doesn't matter whether you're with friends, colleagues or by yourself - this place is one of the far too few ones on the Northern Beaches worth going to. In my 3 years living "up the road" with friends in Headland Rd, I'd pop in here b4 groceries, or simply after a "bad work day". Always had a good experience. Popped in recently (surprise scheduling change) & it was still great - excellent staff, inexpensive wines & customers who are still obviously "there to be happy". It's a fab spot in Dee Why (a place which could do with many more) 😀🏼✅🤩

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. As regulars, we weren't aware of their new menu, which led to us accidentally receiving the wrong food. When we asked to have it corrected, the manager, a short woman, was incredibly rude, and this was the second time she treated us poorly. Once we finally received the correct order, my partner and I both ended up with severe food poisoning. It was so bad that I had to take my partner to the hospital. We're very disappointed with the service and quality of food, especially given our previous loyalty to this establishment. We are not going back there.
