Came into the city on a tuesday for the $24 steak deal which includes a porter house with homemade mushroom sauce, French fries and salad with a pot of wine. There is not much street parking in the area, paid street parking is available, QV and Melbourne Central also have paid parking available.

This is located on little lonsdale st in Melbourne CBD next to Kumo Desserts. The vibe of the pub/ restaurant is a very industrial feel. The music is good and not too loud.

The taste of the steak was of good quality, only one sauce was allowed, and they couldn't offer an extra sauce on their system (even though I said I'd pay extra) otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.

I recently had an unforgettable evening at Diesel with my colleagues. The atmosphere was lively and the music was fantastic, creating the perfect ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food and drinks were top-notch. A special shoutout to the manager, Sebastian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our experience outstanding. Highly recommend!

Diesel Bar has its ups and downs. The alcohol is very expensive, which was disappointing and made it hard to fully enjoy the evening. The toilets were dirty and definitely needed more frequent cleaning and maintenance. On the bright side, the DJ did a great job. They played some fantastic Bollywood songs right when a group of South Asians started dancing, which really energized the atmosphere and made the night more enjoyable. Additionally, they offer hookah, which added to the experience for some guests. Overall, it's an okay spot if you're looking for a fun time with good music and hookah, but it could definitely improve in terms of cleanliness and pricing.

Had a lovely experience here over the past weekend. Wanted to have a get together with a bunch of school graduates and just have a few drinks and it was the perfect spot. Staff were so friendly and accommodating! I can't wait to go back for my birthday party 😍❤️

Good place for a casual bite in the evening. Food was great and portions were generous. Service was lovely and the waiters were very friendly.

Location is really convenient as it is located beside Melbourne central.
