Atmosphere was great. Big shout out to Orlando and Pedro the security staff. There were a couple of intoxicated people in our group though these staff Members handled it with finesse whilst still escorting them out the door safely. I know both of these fellas from back in the day and there is a reason good security staff are invaluable to night-life businesses and I commend them both.

Seated at two tiny tables for 8 people which meant we couldn't eat properly. And I had booked over a month before. Lots of other tables available that would have suited our group better. Food wasn't very nice. Lamb was 90% fat. Music way too loud. Won't be back.

This place is not worth the hype at all. I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest let down was the space itself, as I had booked a booth seating enough for up to 28 ppl, however, it wasn't even enough for 20 of us. Also, for such a cold winter evening, they didn't even have any heater available. They advertise that outdoor seating for dinner and drinks but there was honestly only 3 tiny stools to keep our drinks and food that we ordered. The whole eating and drinking experience was super uncomfortable. The staffs were pretending to be helpful, I'm not saying all of them, but most of the ladies had no smile in their face and they were constantly rushing us to order and finish our food the whole time. The drinks and music were okay, however, I must say that the music was loud the whole time which made it difficult to have a decent conversation. As advertised, I was expecting the music to be loud only after 10. Also, there was no Turkish vibe at all, I was so disappointed with the decor. It is super basic. The most annoying part was the fact that we had to pay just for our own birthday cake to be cut and served even though there was no fine dining level service or seating arrangement. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Although visually beautiful, I had a very disappointing experience at the Dirty Sultan. Arrived on Friday early evening (literally an hour after they had just opened the doors) and also the first day of the week they opened. Ordered a mix of breads and dips, and traditional Turkish dumplings. The bread and dips came out and we were sat there waiting for 15 mins before the waitress said they didn't have them. A little suspicious, especially as it was the first day of the week, and like mentioned above, we were there soon after doors opened. We were surrounded by about 3 semi big groups of parties and get togethers which just ordered off the starter menu so I do wonder if they just didn't want to make the dumplings. If we had known they were not available before sitting down we probably wouldn't have eaten there. The waitress asked if we wanted anything else instead, I asked for a couple minutes. Which turned into a further 20 mins of her ignoring us whilst dealing with the bigger groups. Essentially paid over 100 dollars for a bread dinner and a cocktail jug.

What should have been a nice evening for my partners birthday, became a bit of a joke between us as we sat in the middle of the restaurant with a plate of bread feeling absolutely ridiculous.

It sure is an aesthetically beautiful place, but I do feel better communication should have been had with us about what was available (our first jug of cocktail wasn't available either). Unfortunately it felt like it was a deliberate move to let us sit and order various drinks and the bread and dips, meaning we couldn't then say we didn't want to eat there if what we came for was not available.
