Great meal, love the veal parmigiana, beautiful staff food and service, the staff member we got had the best recommendation for the food and combos. This is a classic Aussie pub with a country town vibe. It's honestly the last good pub in Coburg. It still has gambling but it's not really in your face. The decor in the bistro is comfortable with the old walls and feel of the building still present. They have tried to keep the traditional feel without the classic Coburg commercialization feel of the pub which has happened across Australia to my dismay.

It gets pretty crowded for food so be prepared to book for larger groups it's popular and for a good reason. They have good food, good beer and great company. Still the best. Thank you.

First time here. Meal portions were really good, as were the meals. We ate buffalo wings, Thai beef salad, burger with the lot and parma chips and salad and no gravy. Asked for the Buffalo wings as an entree but it came out 5 minutes before main meal. Bummer was l ordered gravy and it never came. Asked the waitress and it still didn't come.
Will try again as we enjoyed the meal.

And we believe it was Off Low Quality.
It Used to be well made but now its Not The Good standard .
The sauce was like spaghetti sauce " not enough sauce too ".

Good variety of gaming machines and meals are decent. I usually have at least a little win when I go there, I even won the grand jackpot on one machine there the day before my birthday. But that was just one time...So on that thought don't take my word as far as ur judgement goes, my keen thoughts on this joint maybe for just that reason ?

Hi my name is Lisa , I was there on Sunday the 14th for Mother's Day lunch that my son had a booking,the staff were very friendly and welcoming I ordered the Mother's Day Menü the mushroom soup was delicious and the roasted salmon and veggies was also excellent, the food was fresh and presentation was excellent and prices were very reasonably priced I enjoyed my lunch and I would highly recommend to anyone. I would definitely be going back to the Drums Hotel excellent service

Drums Hotel is my go to local Pub.
Spent today there with a group of friends for lunch, drinks & watch the Anzac match.
Really relaxed atmosphere, staff are super friendly & food is always a winner.
For anyone looking for a great Pub do yourself a favour & go to Drums.

Fourth visit here. Last 3 times food excellent. Last night very poor, not sure, maybe different chef? Worse was took 4 friends and told them how good it was!

Nice local pub. The essentials all done well. Nothing flashy, just good food and a bunch of TVs showing sport. Parma was solid but would have liked a bit more chips.

Very welcoming staff with great smiles and service! As Queenslanders we knew nothing of this lovely pub until we left the movies over the road. Great menu with good specials and value. Was disgusted with the service and the food and will never go there again. Ordered lightly floured calamari but got little pieces (size of 10c coin) of deep fried crunchy calamari that were mostly batter and no calamari . A friend wanted just salad and roast veggies was told she had to pay price of a main which was $26 for salad and veggies. The occasion before this my friend was served FROZEN lamb shanks that were still frozen in the middle that had to be returned twice to be warmed up . Will definitely not be going back there again !!!

The service is amazing. Staff are very caring, the place is clean and nice to eat at.

The food not so much- cheesy garlic bread was good.... but the parma had a weird sauce I have never tasted on a parma before.

Can't speak for the food, only the care and service from the team. Stopped in to use the amenities during a long dog walk and the staff attended to my dog tied up outside, ensured I wasn't staying to gamble and leave him out there and also provided him with water and treats. If they treat the humans that attend half as well as the hounds then you will be more than looked after. Will be back to have a feed one night based on this small experience. Good job Stu and team!

Staff are friendly and aprouchable, they know how to make all guests feel welcome.
This is my first choice of venue for gaming, meals or even just quick drink to unwind. The Vanills Slice is second to none! Massive serve, fresh baked and.at just $6.50 they sell out.pretty fast.

It's everything you can expect as your local pub. The staff are lovely, friendly and most importantly very helpful. They're up for a chat and will most certainly look after you and your meals very well.

They have gluten free gravy and sauces if you're like me with Coeliac Disease. And the chef did a great job at explaining how the meal I wanted was cooked.

Lunch with my cousin was enjoyable.My last visit to the drums was 9 years ago and had changed a bit.So, a very good chicken parmigiana, chips and veggies.

Visited Drums to watch the Tigers game last Friday. The young lady managing the front bar was super polite and very helpful.She went above and beyond for some special needs patrons in the TAB section. Gave them the respect they probably don't get anywhere else. Kudos!

The staff super nice, the machines mostly fair and I rarely leave without a pocket filling jackpot. Thanks drums! Also a shout out to the chef, rarely do u find a steak cooked to perfection the way his steak is! A great value unforgettable snack is the bad boy chips with sour cream and sweetchilli sauce. Just $7 and feeds at least 2 while your playing the machines. So yum you will come back for more!
