If u r after a good piano play (and singing) probably not here, too commercial. The noisy environment also didn't help. For those in a group seeking some sing- along fun would probably enjoy it. In this occasion, i was disappointed.

Looks like the bad reviews are from grumpy neighbours putting this place down because we had nothing but a great time from the (generous sized) delicious pub meal to the fun and engaging piano bar. It's hard to find live acts (probably because of grumpy residents) but this was so much fun for a group of 15 of us.

A massive compliment to the gorgeous staff also who looked after us from the online booking, phone calls to increase our numbers to the evening of having a good laugh with us. Well done team! Great birthday night for me! Xxx

As the name suggested, it is about piano playing. If u r after a good piano play (and singing) probably not here. The equipment sounded like a cheap karaoke set, pianists' skills were average and the noisy environment didn't help, too commercial. But if u r having a group of people seeking for some sing- along fun, u will enjoy it. In this occasion, i was disappointed.

The noise from this place blares out onto the street. Terrible cover acts playing as loud as possible well past time/noise limits. I live several buildings away from this and can hear the dodgy cover acts clearly from my bedroom.

Every other bar/venue on Lygon st does the right thing but the owners at this place couldn't care less about their neighbours.

What an annoying loud hell hole, I am a resident living upstairs. This place operates beyond the hours it's regulated to. The noise is unbearable, the singer doesn't even have vocals to save his life. Operating hours by 11 pm but these guys go on for much longer than that. I hope the council gets on their case even shuts this place down. It's full of washed up losers with nothing better to do with their lives other than destroy their livers at this lousy establishment as the piano "singer" annoys the residents upstairs with his wailing thinking he's the next Elton John.
