We didn't see any staff, but the check in and out were stress free, if you follow the management instructions, that we were sent.
Was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was not open...

Very basic rooms, a bed, a shower and a toilet. Very close to the actual docking of The Spirit of Tasmania ferry. Lots of nice walks there.

Very convenient to the ferry terminal. Check in procedure on a weekend was simple and easy. There is a supermarket in walking distance to sort meals out.

Stayed here overnight for the Spirit the next day (fun fact TT-Line own this hotel), pretty good pricing in a decent location. Staff were very accommodating to late check-ins, unfortunately the pillows weren't too comfortable and the TV reception kept dropping out. Other than that, definitely well suited for the occasion
