Staff were all really helpful and really friendly. The beer was cold, and the food arrived quick.
Was a monday night, so not many ppl there, but the cheery staff made up for it.
Unfortunately they didn't have all the steaks on the menu available that day.

A go to for my partner and I. Every meal we've gotten has been very nice, the service is great and staff are always friendly. The only downside is they've gotten rid of gluten free schnitzels and Parmis which was the main reason we started eating here! They do still have gluten free options though.

Good meals. Portions are good and tasty. I had the Open lamb Souvlaki.

Beautiful food. Absolutely delicious. I had the salmon with green salad, potatoes and a nice sauce, dressing. Not many people there. Nice environment.

The place could do with some love and kinda looks and feels a bit odd with a weird roman/castle vibe but the food was enjoyable.

So my partner got the butter chicken it wasn't butter chicken it taste like fish then he got the carbonara it had the white but from the egg raw all through it then he got the fish and chips was ok and the chicken wing were ment to be a bbq sauce but taste like vinegar not happy

It came out well done no pink at all.
Spoke to bar staff, had nothing to say.
Dissapointed.
The other 5 meals on the table were fine.

Great service, nice menu but a bit pricey for just a Bistro meal. Chicken parmigiana was amazing but the roast off the day was tough and chewy and the veggies were rock hard as if they have just been pulled out the ground.
Parking lot needs an upgrade but lucky we had a 4 wheel drive, a small car will get lost in those pot holes ?

Just your local pub with plenty of pokies and a sports bar, some staff are fantastic, other older staff are really abrupt and rude. Also no cocktails.

Got cut off for not sure what, (aka, loud when we got a feature because we were excited but aparently thats not aloud) claimed it was because of the security guard advised her not too serve me also because I was at the venue as long as she was... What does that have to do with anything?? meanwhile the same security guard tried denying entry for an expired licence that was not expired. Purposely have not came back here for a few months because the same security guard tried to say my partners license was expired when it wasn't.
.. fix your staff. They are ruining the place, one of the reasons I don't regularly come here honestly.
Also toilets are disgusting, no toilet paper in any of the holders in the female toilets, skid marks and no toilet paper in holders in disabled toilets and no lock! So anybody could walk in at any time. seriously do better.

- Food was aweful, the roast pork was watery and tasteless with no pork crackle.
- Steak was came out blue when asked for medium rare
- Carbonara had way to much under cooked garlic
- Food took forever to come out on a not very busy night
- Bar manager was screaming at another customer telling him how rude and abusive he was being, all he said (politely by the way) was that they had served him the wrong drink. Multiple other patrons were uncomfortable with her behaviour and were all commenting on it

About 3 stars is all I can manage. It could/ should be a lot better. We were there mid week, I think we were the only ones in the Bistro. When we Walked in, there is a big sign "please wait to be seated". Well, we waited and waited no one came near us. I eventually went to the bar where the staff were congregating. "Sit wherever you like".
So, after all that, the food was "ordinary"at best. I don't think we will be rushing back there anytime soon.

Had dinner here with a bucks group, food was very good and not to long waiting however we found the bar prices to be rather exorbitant! The bar maid was not very friendly and a bit ditzy in our opinion too

Meals were pretty alright but the staff need a lesson in customer service. I was over charged and when I went to question it with the blonde haired staff member, she tried to put it back onto me, until I added it up in front of her, at which point she accused me of being rude to her. I went out of my way to try to make her feel like it was no big deal, just an honest mistake. She then came over to the table to deliver the meals, and was so rude not just to me but even some of the disabled people on our table

You get what you pay for, and this place was on the cheap side. The Thai beef salad I had was not to bad, with a good amount of beef. The night we were there they had a sign up saying they had run out of steaks, so could not comment on that. The chicken schnitzel and chips, was nice enough, but the gravy it was served with was bland and gelatinous. Something like Gravox, water, and corn starch. The booth we sat at was nice enough, but the entire table was evenly covered in a sticky substance of some kind. Making everything adhere to the to the wood. The food came out promptly, and the service was good.
Perhaps a nice place to take Nan for her birthday.

Parmi was pretty good. Service was fast. Food was served ice cold (not literally), just the bar staff. Maybe it just wasn't their day ???? wish them well ? respectfully

Some great staff, great for a punt, a pint or 2 and a slap on the pokies, the food left much to be desired. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.

Good venue. Not a bad feed at all. Pepper sauce actually pepper sauce and not gravy with a smidge of pepper after the fact. Went in as a group of 7 not one complaint about the food. Would go again. Lost one star because my partner won on the pokies and I didn't.

This was our first time eating here and it will definitely not be our last. On arrival staff were welcoming and polite explaining food choices and how to order. The food servings are generous and value for money. I had the Thai beef salad and it was the best I have had in a long time. The beef was tender and full of flavour, salad was fresh. My husband had the prawn and chorizo penne. Heaps of prawns and chorizo again full of flavour. Well done chef and also the staff, we'll be back.

Sadly unless you really have no other option I wouldn't eat here. Hideously overpriced for was served up, we ordered two Rib Eye steaks and an entree calamari and dropped $130 in the process. I wouldn't mind if the food was edible, but my glorious fat juicy Rib Eye expectations were met with terrible disappointment when what looked more like a broiled thinly cut chop was served with a terrible excuse for 'mushroom gravy' and tasteless broiled veggies. The broccoli was el-dente I'll give them that - but just tasteless. The steak was so thin and nothing like a normal $50 Rib Eye. Friday night and the place was a ghost town. Had to ask for cutlery. No salt and pepper on the table, then it was empty, the list goes on. The 'spicy calamari' was cooked nicely, but again it looked terrible and the flavour profile was all wrong, almost like it was covered in cinnamon? Just run with a quality Salt and Pepper calamari and get it right I say. We're visiting for the long weekend but this means we'll have to try real hard elsewhere tomorrow night.

Ordered food but the pizza base was not cooked enough perhaps even microwaved suspiciously hot Gordon Ramsey would NOT approve, don't get me started on the rude staff with their terrible customer service, got told off for masks despite the fact that they themselves didn't wear them behind the bar double standards am I right?! Anyway go get kfc

I hope Jane still works there... she made that place the inviting atmosphere it had. Highly professional and caring...all the new staff were stressy and did everything to avoid giving us a refund for what was clearly their fault. Forgot one of our meals! Jane would never have allowed that to happen!

Visited here for 3 nights for dinner while on a work trip. Meals very decent portions you wont leave hungry & the food is tasty although a little on the expensive side.
The place its self looks good & i would eat here again the bar staff on the other hand seemed to be stressed and there would of been maybe 10 people in the bistro on lady was just about doing everything the older women seemed to be in a world of her own.
The Tuesday night had different staff that made the difference.
I would defiantly recommend eating here you just gotta pick your days on the bar staff i guess.

It's a pub like most pubs now. They are all pretty much the same. Food was good warm and tasty staff where friendly and beers cold.

Food very average to say the least, Aranchini was badly burnt and inedible. Any decent trained chef would have been able to notice this. Parmi was average but again just basic.Not somewhere I would recommend if your looking for a decent meal.Two stars because while the service to order meals was very slow in general it was okay.We need decent pubs in this area for a good feed so the first one that can raise its quality can only benefit from this

We had our Chirpy Plus lunch last Tuesday 16 March and every plate was clean at the end of the meal. 2 people wanted to to lick their plates are you. All meals were served at the same times and and our names were taken so there was no confusion. Everyone was so pleased with sevice and taste that they all voted to go back next month. Highly recommend. Margaret Brown.

This is a large establishment, multiple food options, outside dining function room, sports bar pokies and up market restaurant. Well worth a visit. Also plenty of parking and staff are helpful and food is very good

Such friendly staff. Aida went out of her way to be an outstanding waitress with humour as well. Great , honest and tasty feed. We will be back for sure
