With regret as a regular patrons I have experienced terrible customer service there are a few concerns. mainly this occurs when management are of duty weekend staff
Allow these few things are happening eg let others in before opening locking doors on other patrons,won't turn down the volume of music and other issues I would appreciate a discussion at a convenient time for all envolved. I wish for this to be resolve in a harmonious, and confidential manner to those involved.
