Great place for a drink and some pinball whilst in Cairns. Did the pinball comp while we were there, well run and great staff. Look after us first timers and made to feel welcome.

Rose and Ronan made our night so wonderful! They both showed great customer service skills and obviously take pride in their work! Ronan was hilarious and really leaned into our banter which was totally appreciated. Rose was the sweetest young lady and let us old bags blabber on without feeling judged. Thanks to you two! It was a fantastic experience

I've been a regular since last summer and I'm leaving a 5 star review. On the same token I feel disappointed to hear the manager from the last few months has moved on, as they have improved the atmosphere, customer service and relations with locals to cater for gamers, families, social groups and those just wanting to change the of scene to be close to town that's not only diverse but friendly to all. Whom ever thought this place wasn't making money didn't see the potential or value in human relation's , it's bit of a shame no one connected the dots and saw how uniquely 'metal' this is.

Why is it 3$ extra for a vege hotdog? "Because they hate vegans"... Thanks for being honest but learn some customer service etiquette. Where does it say you have press the button at the same time to play 2player for guitar hero... Not your traditional pinball place with craft beer - a tourist place really... Stuffed up the order but refunded the wrong item - well done! Cauliflower wings were really good thanks! Trivia night seemed well prepared.
