Had a modern pub feel. So many spaces that allowed you to find your own space. The steak was cooked to perfection and the 2 salads were a great addition. It was a pub meal with much more than deep fried options.

Some of the security guards are extremely jealous and some seem to have some resentments, not letting people in just because they thought you were with someone behind who had a loose shirt . I have been going to the establishment for 10 years every week. You get new security guards that have no idea and your manager seems to listen only to beautiful girls.

We had the best stay. After a crazy day, we arrived to find we'd been upgraded to the penthouse. The staff were excellent and the location was perfect. Thanks so much for having us.

Extremely uncomfortable stay out air conditioning was broken we informed they staff was told it was working but when we came back to the room it was still broken was offered a portable unit that was not adequate to fix the issue. To top it all off the rooms are not sound proofed and there is a night club upstairs that pumps music and scrams and shouts from customers until the early hours of the morning.

OMG this place is amazing, service second to none!! We had a beautiful meal next door at Mr Wongs, then I still had a half of bottle of wine to go, they offered to bring it up to our room at The Establishment, shower was heaven, bath amazing , yes there is slight noise through the night, but you are staying at one of the bustling night time areas.. the staff were all polite and helpful, this will now become our go to place to stay when visiting Sydney!! Xx

Clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful.
Personally the location was a bit tricky to find but overall had a lovely stay for my mother's birthday.
