I would have given 5 stars however their menu has shrunk and there were far fewer options to choose from for dinner. However the meals came out super quick even though we were a large group and the place was packed, and everyone enjoyed their meals. So thank you Excelsior!
Even with the current Covid number restrictions it was easy to get an early Bistro dinner booking. The chicken & veg soup was awesome and seniors meals were 10/10.
Stood at the bistro waiting area for almost 30 minutes and couldn't see one staff member to come seat us. We ended up walking out hungry and you guys just lost our buisness and we will never be back again very poor service
Great place to go with the family. Food is fantastic, venue is clean, service is great and staff are very friendly! I do recommend
Extremely good and cost effective for serious Business people. The rooms are good, the service good, the food at the Restaurant is excellent.

Experience weren't that good, sorry but if you are going to charge a "surcharge" atleast get more than 1 person to serve!!Meals were typical, crayfish were too dryThe steak meals I will say looked really good! But service was slack, it should'nt be too hard to crack a smile & make the customers feel welcome ...
Great place for a drink and eating. The food was delicious when we went there and came pretty quick. Staff were helpful and friendly. The big screens are a joy to watch whatever sport you are interested in. I'd recommend this place highly.
Awesome food and customer service at the bistro. All staff at the bistro very friendly and nice. The gaming Covid-19 police ruined it a little by being both over officious and inconsistent.
Responsible gaming tips
When playing, remember that:
Playing is supposed to be fun, so leave when it stops being fun.
Make sure you don't spend more than you intend - take how much you are happy to lose, and leave your cards at home.
Don't play when tired or when inebriated as this will impair your ability to play responsibly and know when to leave.
Know when it's time to leave - and leave.
