Our family enjoyed a fabulous, relaxed weekend lunch at the Exchange Hotel. Great location, easy to find, in the heart of Horsham. Various areas within the hotel to suit the type of experience/ function you're looking for, including an outdoor courtyard area! All of the meals our family members ordered were fantastic. Combine this with the friendly service, great range on the drink and meal menu and we're very happy to recommend at visit to the Exchange Hotel based on our experience! We can't wait to return here next time we're in the Horsham area! And we'd make the effort to return even if further away!

Upon ordering dinner we were the first couple to order early. My wife ordered the Salmon as it was advertised to be crispy skin Salmon. When ordering We asked that the Salmon to be cooked EXtra well done and extra charred because that is how she likes it. Well the chef doesn't care what the customer wants. The Salmon arrived only just cooked, the skin was not crispy and the vegetables were cold. We advised the waitress but the chef couldnt manage to speak with us so we oaid good money for a dinner that was not enjoyed. Pretty arrogant of this chef so we won't bother to come back again.

Dinner on Friday night was sensational. The best gnocchi I have eaten in Australia. Gnocchi with pumpkin.

I think the outdoor atmosphere is much better than the indoor atmosphere. The food was average, won't call it value for money. My daughter did enjoy the kids pasta though.

Came out for mums 50th, she ordered first yet her meal came last. She ordered a ceaser salad which was well below average, we enquired as to why the Poached egg was essentially a hard boiled egg to be told the Poached eggs are brought in pre cooked. Absolutely disgusting meal, definitely do not recommend
