We went for Brunch knowing Freda's was now doing breakfast.
We were greeted at the door and asked if we had a preference in where we would like to seat.
We ordered coffees all round and ordered 2 big Breakfasts, both with poached eggs and 1 Pancake stack with a choice of maple syrup and ice cream or maple syrup and bacon.
Our breakfast did not disappoint, beautifully presented and great fresh produce.
Everything was so tasty, poached eggs cooked to perfection and nice flavoured sausages with fresh tasting mushrooms and juicy tomatoes. What a great big breakfast!
The pancakes were fluffy and light with ample syrup and ice cream served with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries so by the time you got to the end they were not dry.
The coffee's were really good and definitely not bitter, Best of all..GOOD FAIR PRICES 🫶

Went along to support the new business after seeing them on Facebook. Service was good, just a bit disorganised, as can be expected just starting out. I think they should restrict access to top floor unless they have more staff as the poor lady was run off her feet looking after 3 floors of tables. Good, easy to access parking, coffee was amazing. Food was well presented, lacking a bit of flavour, tasted great but there was a bit too much beetroot relish and $4 to add half a fried tomato is expensive. But I would go again, they were super friendly to our 4yo daughter. Please add strawberry to your milkshake list.

My partner and I had breakfast here and it was nice however it would serve the cafe well to remember that during winter, their customers will be coming in rugged up, and to have the heaters on very high was not a pleasant experience (even after removing jackets etc). We ate as fast as we could because we were sweating and over heating.
The venue itself is lovely (the old goldmine restaurant) and the wait staff were pleasant. Upon getting a coffee order wrong, she kindly removed it from our bill which was nice.
The food was absolutely delicious and we will be back if the temperature can stay at a tolerable level! :)

What a fantastic breakfast! If you haven't yet, give these guys a try. A dynamic and tasty menu, with some unusual offerings, a big bright open space, we enjoyed a calm and relaxing start to the day. Top marks for an eclectic 80s Playlist also!

The staff were more than helpful and we wanted for nothing.

We had the chilli eggs, perfectly scrambled with chilli jam, goats cheese and sweet beetroot relish-delish. The coconut French toast was light and tasty.

I can't wait to go back and work my way through the rest of the menu.

Service and atmosphere was great. We ordered 2 steak and asked for medium rare on both but one was on the side of medium well and the other was rare. To the far the rare one was very thick.
But the cooking is still a little inconsistent. Great food nonetheless.
