We had lunch at the Fyansford Hotel on Saturday 31st August.
There were four of us and we could not fault the service or the food offering. Drinks were reasonably priced and the extensive menu made it difficult to make a decision on what meals to order. Everyone was pleased with their meals and vowed that we would definitely go back to the Fyansford for dinner in the near future.
Staff were friendly and very efficient.

Had a very last minute change to my venue for a birthday and these guys were so accommodating and were able to fit us in, managers and staff were amazing to talk to and were willing to help with anything we needed, food was delicious and fresh staff are efficient and effective in the work they do. Friendly to talk to, can always come here for a good meal!

Highly recommend the Fyansford Hotel for functions and meals.
Nicole the function manger was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too hard. She helped me create a beautiful function for my daughter's baptism in the Riverside room, which generously fit our 55 people. It has a nice view with the large windows looking out plus a kids play room which is right next door also with windows so you can keep an eye on your little ones.
The meals were reasonably priced, a large selection with so much to choose from and cooked and tasted amazing.
We will definitely be going back!

Was so over priced for a traditional parmi
. The menu in general was very expensive There were like 10 chips on the plate with our adult parmi meal and the salad was so average for the price we paid. $29 for main meal parmi.. so Disappointed.. as we go there alot after our walks along the river. Probably won't from now on. My son got the teenager parmi. He counted he had 9 chips. He's 13yrs old and was wanting another bowl of chips. But i wasn't paying for that. We love the place. But we just can't justify that amount of money for the quality of food. Kids room could be updated.. eg- open windows for fresh air. And more clean carpet.

Food is always good and plentiful however, once plated there is no attentiveness from staff. Would be nice to have them clear used dishes and check on tables etc. If wanting a quiet meal, dinner here is not for you as often children are running between tables, screaming and the volume can be deafening.

Senior's meal was quite adequate. Nice cold beer as well.

Surf and turf was great real nice steak with a char flavour. Parmi and cheesy garlic bread were nice ..
Lots of kids very family orientated was fine we had a booth. Could do with the QR order system as the bar line for food gets quite big.

Fantastic venue with an extensive menu to cater for all tastes.

First time I have seen a menu with "teenage meals" and kids meals.

These were fantastic for our family with 4 kids of all ages. ? $10 kids meals were great value.

The selection of main meals was great and everyone from our large group enjoyed our meals. Fast and friendly service. A playground to entain the little kids. A fantastic venue for a night out with the family. ?

Brought our dad here for his birthday, and he's a typically difficult man to please. And although his order was strange, the kitchen staff made sure to make his dinner special. The food was plentiful and well cooked. Super busy too considering it was a Wednesday night. Thanks for a fun night!

Not a terrible joint. Very busy. Ordered the burger with two patties. One pattie was cooked to perfection. The other was seriously overcooked. Shame.

We are regulars at the Fyansford and I must say that this is one of those cases where the experiences get better and better. From the seating staff to the waiters and especially the bar staff, the service was impressive!!
The food is really good but the level of friendliness and service make the food even better.
We were a big table and forgot to order my sons meal, when the waiter saw that we had made a mistake, he rushed into the kitchen and sped up the additional order and it was out in literally 5mins...and he apologised for our stuff up....what a gentleman! I would give this review more stars if there was that option.

The Fyansford is a great venue to go to for any sort of social occasion. Plenty of room and a playground for the kids. Menu is quite vast and affordable. Only let down every now and then is the food.

Super good food, really quick, and straight up bussin

On my recent outing here the food was still great, but the staff were in a mood.
The guy in the dish room (that's located in the car park) was rude and seemed like he was having the worse day of his life and the staff behind the bar seemed stressed and just gave off the vibe that they were angry.

All in all, great food but very uninviting atmosphere this time around.
I hope the next time I come they have a better attitude. :)

Best barramundi and zucchini chips I have ever tasted ! This was recommended to me and it certainly didn't disappoint .. We will be back ..

Great food, excellent timing of bringing out the food. DId not have to wait long at all for mains, they came out only a couple of minutes after finishing the entrees and the place was packed. Amazing service for a first time dining experience there. Looking forward to going back!

I called in here for lunch on Saturday. The meal was great, l had a Kiev Parma with chips & salad. The parma had a garlic sauce over it, which was delicious.
I wasn't happy with the service, my mum wanted a seniors beef pie, the lady abruptly said no seniors meals on weekends, which l thought was rude because it shouldn't be on the menu, also they should have a seniors meal on regardless of the day.
Mum ended up having fish n chips.

Had dined here previously, and it was good. My last visit, however, was disappointing. The pork roast was so tough it was akin to chewing on an old workbook. Yes, I have all my own teeth still.

Great food. Had the pulled pork and jalapeno pizza and it was amazing. Affordable price and a great atmosphere.

I recently had a function at the Fyansford Hotel and it was the perfect venue for my needs. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, especially Nicole, who I dealt with to organise the function. Nothing was too much trouble. There were plenty of options to choose from and what I picked, the food was amazing, especially the Sticky Pork Belly bites. These were very popular with the guests.

I've had meals here many times in the past and have never been disappointed.

Decided last minute to have dinner at Fyansford Hotel. It was a busy night, and the staff tried their utmost to seat us. It turned out the only available table was in the public bar. Whilst we ordered food and had a drink, the amazing staff were mindful that the bar was not the best environment for a family. They worked their magic and found us a table in the bistro within 10 minutes. Thanks guys. Your staff are amazing!!

Great staff, food and venue. Plenty of choice on the menu and our table of 10 all got something they liked. We'll be back for sure.

First off the soup was fantastic, but the main not so much - was way too dry and way too salty and overcooked to the point the chicken had no flavor. Manager was nice and pleasant to deal with, was very professional about our experience. But overall there needs to be a level of appropriate timing between entree and main, as my mate practically had his entree and main served moments apart, thanks again customer service was good though.

Our time at the Hotel was really dissapointing. My friend got given a moldy peice of bread and got halfway through it. When she showed staff she got the meal refunded and had to buy another. Just thought it was pretty sloppy on the business who has just given a customer off food. Been meaning to go here with the groups for a long time and we won't be back that's for sure

A big thanks to all the staff of the Fyansford Hotel for a perfect Christmas lunch yesterday! We had a great time and especially enjoyed the perfectly cooked food, great customer service and festive spirit. The level of organisation on such a busy day was impressive. I can highly recommend.

Not my type of pub , large dining room is so noisy couldn't talk to the person next to me without yelling add generic piped music in the background makes for a very uncomfortable experience. The decor is basic but tidy . The meals are generous pub grub style , my wife's meal obviously microheated it was far to hot in the middle but in general better than average . Would l go back ? Only if it was out side .

When I can I enjoy a steak for lunch at the Fyansford Hotel on a Thursday, it's a good deal. The staff are friendly and provide good service. It's a good environment with a reasonable size dining room.

Top quality bistro meals. Good quality and quantity,with prompt service. Dined there today with 12 friends, who all enjoyed the meal. Will be returning for another treat.

The only let-down. We are supposed to be be separated at 2m each. Our chairs were touching the chairs of the people behind us. Clearly, their was insufficient separation between customers.

Hence, could not get out of there quick enough.

Would I return, well....... Yes, however, not if another customer is sitting on my lap.

About a dozen of us meet there monthly. Staff are always been cheerful. Service prompt.

Great place for the family. Came here for my mother in law's birthday.They had a kids and teen menu. Both reasonably priced. Food came out in 5 minutes even though they were busy. Good pub style food. Playground. Excellent customer service.

Food at a higher level than your usual hotel meals.
Don't give it a miss if you happent to be by and want to choose from a variety of Australian traditional dishes.

Super fast, cheap pub meals. Was there on a Sunday - the entree almost beat me back to the table. Mains were quick after that. Food quality was 'above average' - nothing to complain about, but the Dessert platter was next level. Portions are large. Staff were friendly, helpful. Would 100% come back again.

Had a lovely meal here and reasonably priced. Our meals were served quickly by great staff. The only thing was it was quite noisy as they had TVs going with Football on and a lot of people there but we will visit again as meals were very nice.

Popped in for a quiet family dinner tonight, so pleased we did.... The steak was amazing, highly recommended! The trio of dips was great, needed more bread though.The staff were lovely and the place was really clean! 2 thumbs up from me.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Good atmosphere, not over crowded, meals were reasonably priced and the serving sizes were good. Enjoyed being there, was relaxing and able to talk without excessive noise from rest of pub.
